Wilfried Mirandeney is the founder and CEO of EduBoost, an AI-powered tutoring platform designed to help students from pre-K through university level learn at their own pace, with full parental visibility into progress and engagement. With a background in software engineering and a decade of experience building enterprise SaaS products, he launched EduBoost after observing firsthand how difficult it was for families to find affordable, high-quality academic support that adapts to each child's individual rhythm and learning gaps. Before EduBoost, Wilfried spent several years leading development teams building cloud-native platforms deployed across Europe. That technical background directly informs EduBoost's architecture — a privacy-first, low-latency platform where every AI tutoring session is transparent and every interaction logged for parental review. He brings an engineer's pragmatism to product decisions: features ship when they demonstrably help students learn. His approach to EdTech rests on three convictions: that personalised feedback loops should be accessible to every family regardless of income; that parents are the most underutilised resource in a child's education; and that AI works best as an amplifier of human teaching, not a replacement for it. He publishes regularly on AI in education, personalised learning systems, and the product decisions behind building EduBoost — a platform that now spans eight languages and curricula ranging from the French Baccalauréat to the US SAT and UK A-Levels. He also builds internal AI agent tools to automate parts of EduBoost's content and engineering workflow, and writes publicly about those experiences — including the decisions that turned out to be wrong and what he has learned about practical AI-assisted product development that the mainstream discourse consistently misrepresents. He is based in France and divides his time between product development and writing about the intersection of AI and personalised learning.
