Getting Started

Visit our registration page and sign up with your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can log in and start setting up your children's profiles.

After logging in, go to your dashboard and click 'Add a Child'. Enter your child's name, age, and school level. You can add multiple children to a single parent account.

Select a child from your dashboard, choose a subject (Mathematics, French, English, Science, etc.), and click 'Start Session'. Our AI tutor will guide your child through an interactive learning experience.

Yes! EduBoost offers a free plan that includes a limited number of sessions per month. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock more sessions and features.

Subscriptions & Billing

We offer three plans: Free (limited sessions), Essential (more sessions and features), and Premium (unlimited sessions with advanced features). Visit our pricing page for full details.

Go to Settings > Subscription in your dashboard. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from Settings > Subscription. You'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

AI Tutoring

Our AI tutor engages your child in a conversational learning experience. It asks questions, provides explanations, and adapts to your child's level. The AI never gives direct answers — it guides your child to understand concepts on their own.

EduBoost supports Mathematics, French, English, Science, History, Geography, and more. We're constantly adding new subjects based on user feedback.

Sessions can be conducted in 16 different languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Hindi, Turkish, Polish, and Swedish.

The free plan includes a limited number of sessions per month. Essential and Premium plans offer significantly more sessions — check our pricing page for exact limits.

Account & Security

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

Yes, you can enable 2FA from Settings > Security. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) for an extra layer of security.

Yes, under Settings > Privacy, you can request a full export of your data in compliance with GDPR. The export will be prepared and sent to your email within 48 hours.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data, including children's profiles and session history. This action cannot be undone.

EduBoost works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Yes! EduBoost is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. For the best mobile experience, we recommend using Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS.

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@eduboost.ai with a description of the issue.
